Company History

Herring & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Lee R. Herring and Del R. Herring. Being investors themselves, they understood the importance of cost effective hands on management. Together Lee and Del have designed a management program that has proven to be extremely successful and profitable for all owners of income producing properties.


Property Management Division

The Property Management team is presently managing over 900 residential units with 20 major complexes, over 100 individual single-family houses and condominium units. Many of the properties under contract have been continuously managed since the inception of our property management division in 1994. Our goal is to not only provide excellent property management for our investors, but also to provide our community with outstanding service in obtaining the perfect home to fit their needs.


Real Estate Sales Division

Herring and Associates, Inc. has designed a sales department with highly trained, experienced and educated realtors. This is an excellent benefit for current clients and those looking to purchase or sell both residential and investment properties.
